Yes! We offer bulk purchases for selected products. Please contact our customer service team for bulk pricing or special requests.

You will be able to add in-stock products to your cart. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be clearly marked as 'out of stock', and you can choose to be notified by email when it’s back.

Absolutely. All our products are fresh and have clearly printed expiry or best-before dates. We do not sell expired goods.

Yes, an invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your area and order size. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free delivery— look out for promotions!

Yes, we deliver across South Africa. For remote or outlying areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Yes, collection is available at our factory shop or designated pickup points. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Due to health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened food products. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll gladly replace or refund your order.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save favourites, and access special offers.
