Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (FMCG/consumables), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the incorrect item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective upon opening

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email our customer service team at factoryshop@jumbobrands.co.za  the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Clear photo of batch code

Once the return request is approved, we will arrange a collection at no additional cost.

Refunds or Replacements

After inspection and approval, you may choose between:

  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or partially used—unless the product is defective.
