Delivery Areas

Jumbo Brands currently ships orders across South Africa using our trusted courier partner, Fastway Couriers. Delivery lead times may vary depending on your region and the availability of delivery routes.

Delivery Lead Times

• Main centres: 2–4 working days
• Regional/Outlying areas: 3–7 working days (depending on Fastway’s coverage and schedules)

Please note: During peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen delays from Fastway, delivery times may extend slightly. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and region.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 may only be processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel on Fastway’s website.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Jumbo Brands cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
